1. Service Agreement

By engaging Engaged Travel Route LLC for travel planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include travel consultation, itinerary planning, booking coordination, and travel support.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin planning services, with the balance due upon completion of your travel itinerary. Travel costs (flights, accommodations, activities) are additional and paid directly to suppliers or through our booking partners.

3. Cancellation Policy

Planning services: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before travel. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of travel.

4. Liability Limitations

We act as intermediaries between clients and travel suppliers. While we exercise care in selecting reputable partners, we are not liable for supplier failures, travel delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. We offer insurance options but are not liable for losses that would have been covered by appropriate insurance.

6. Modification of Services

Changes to confirmed itineraries may incur additional fees and are subject to supplier availability and policies. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State under American Arbitration Association rules.
